Goodies are usually shipped out every Monday and Wednesday to avoid weekend delays (deadline is every Tuesday by 4pm EST). That way you get the freshest product possible. We ship treats out on the same day we bake them. All items are made to order in our licensed kitchen. We do ship using priority mail. Once shipped, items usually take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Thank you!

A NOTE ON SHIPPING If you message us to request an item to arrive for a specific date, we will do our best to meet this for you. However, there is NO GUARANTEE that we will be able to make this requested date and cannot be held responsible for missing that date. Sadly, we have no control over USPS, UPS, and FEDEX shipping delays. We do keep close watch on items shipped. Thankfully, any product we ship has a 10 day+/- shelf life. Items are wrapped in heat sealed bags. So, even if shipping is delayed by a few days, rest assured treats will still taste great! Plus, all items can be frozen then brought to room temp before eating. Super tasty warm or cold.

Items come as listed. Desired pickup dates will be cancelled if past the

purchase deadline. We will have your treat available 5 minutes prior to pickup time and will wait up to 5 minutes after. Rescheduling a missed pickup order will result in a $15 restocking fee. This fee is due upon rescheduling for the next available pickup date.

Items are non-refundable due to their nature.
